"Please be aware we would not consider any early replacement of an agreement with the next 12 months"
"Due to the customer not yet being raced in their proposed name, please provide a copy of their Marriage Certificate/Decree Absolute/Deed Poll document, showing their previous name."
"Please provide the fully comprehensive insurance certificate(s) covering twelve months, together with the V5C Registration Certificate. All documents must be in the applicant's name."
"Approved subject to an acceptable proof of current address (bank statement, council tax or utility bill), due to the customer not being on the electoral roll at the proposed address. All proofs of address must be dated within the last 3 months."
"We have been unable to validate the customer's bank details. Please provide a copy of the cheque book or a bank statement as proof of the account. Alternatively, please provide a scan of the debit card ensuring that the long umber across the middle of the card is obscured."
We would not look to proceed with any further applications within the next 12 months. It is important that the customer runs this agreement for 12 months or more.

This is to ensure that the main drive and intended user of the vehicle is the same as the person proposed for finance.

E-Sign Top Tips
Now your proposal is accepted, here are a few top tips to ensure e-Sign works for you the first time.
- Please check the Customer full legal name on the proposal matches the customers licence/passport exactly. This must also include any middle names showing on the licence/passport.
- Please ensure the correct Customer email address is in the proposal prior to launching e-Sign at Home.
