Implementation Plan Resource
The FCA want to ensure firms embed the Consumer Duty effectively and follow a plan which details how firms are going to achieve this even beyond the implementation date in July 2023. As stated in a speech by Nisha Arora, Director of Cross Cutting Policy and Strategy, "The Consumer Duty is not a once and done exercise. Firms need to make sure they are learning and improving continuously."
