ALPHERA’s Dealer Partners To Become Mind Readers

One of the most significant consumer-focussed programmes has been launched by ALPHERA for our Partners. In a bold move, the new partnership scheme is set to place our customers at the forefront of delivering the very best in customer service.
We are rolling out a ground-breaking programme that will reward our Partners for their commitment to providing a class leading experience that addresses consumers’ needs with an all-encompassing service package.
Running until December 2017, the programme allows ALPHERA to work with its dealer Partners to develop a deeper understanding of the customer journey, as well as gauging more accurately the consumer experience and point-of-sale techniques.
The scheme takes the form of a survey that is sent to every customer who buys a vehicle utilising ALPHERA Financial Services. The survey provides valuable insights into their experience of taking out a finance agreement, as well as exploring how deeply the customer understands the finance package they have signed up to.
In addition, for every survey complete we will be donating £1 to our Partner charity, Macmillan Cancer Support.
