As a responsible company, the health and safety of Alphera customers, our business partners and our staff have the highest priority as we face the challenges of the Coronavirus.

To minimise the risk of infection as far as possible, we are following all guidelines issued by Public Health England and reviewing our own policies daily, keeping our staff fully informed.

Due the rapidly evolving coronavirus pandemic, we are receiving higher than normal customer enquiries at this time. For answers to the most frequently asked questions, such as those regarding finance agreements, we would ask that you first visit the Q&A section of the Alphera website here.

It's also possible to manage your agreement online using the self-service ALPHERA MyFinance portal here. Registration is quick and simple.

If you are planning to visit an Alphera Retailer, please telephone ahead to make sure they are open for business.
