Aston Martin Is Back On Track With Vantage AMR

With that in mind, we were excited by the recent launch of Aston Martin’s new Vantage AMR. Thanks to its performance, which is derived from the highly successful race car version, this car certainly hits the mark. Potential buyers need to be quick because there is a strict limit of just 300 cars being made: 200 V8 models and 100 V12-powered ones.

The Vantage AMR is based on Aston Martin’s most successful race car, the FIA World Endurance Championship-winning V8 Vantage GTE. The limited edition models are offered with either V8 power (430bhp) or V12 (595bhp) plus there is the option of six or seven-speed manual depending on engine choice, or automated sequential manual paddle shifters for that authentic race experience.

There is a host of options to enable customers to create their own bespoke version choosing from the AMR Accessories range. Additional choices include the AMR Aero Kit (carbon fibre front splitter and dive planes, side sills and fixed rear spoiler), forged aluminium AMR Vantage wheels and AMR titanium exhaust system that weighs 12kgs less than the standard system.

One thing is for sure, no matter what options customers go for, they can be assured of securing their own tailored version. Creating bespoke products is an approach that ALPHERA readily shares with Aston Martin.
