To update your Direct Debit, you will need to complete a new Direct Debit mandate form and send it to us at the address below or phone us customer services on 0370 5050 125

Once we receive the mandate back from you, it takes 5 days to set it up with your bank. It may be necessary for you to make alternative arrangements for the next payment if it is due within 5 days of us receiving the request.
Please note we cannot collect any money due under the agreement from anyone other than you.

*Please note that we are only able to discuss details of an agreement with the agreement holder. If you wish to discuss a partner/family member’s agreement with us, we will need the customer’s expressed authority to do this. We will require the customer to contact us on 0370 5050 125 and provide details of the third party’s name, date of birth and will ask for a password to be provided, which will be used to identify them. **Lines are open 8.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday and and 10.00am to 4:00pm Sunday.
